Mondial Congress & Events has blocked a number of hotel rooms for ERES participants [proceed to hotel overview]. The registration and accommodation are contained in the online registration website

Hotel bookings will be handled on a 'first come, first served' basis. Should the hotel requested be no longer available, Mondial Congress & Events will do its utmost best to offer similar accommodation. This may, however, involve a change in price. We therefore recommend early booking to ensure availability.

Please note that we can only accept and confirm hotel bookings upon receipt of the deposit payment required per room (two nights). The number of nights booked is binding and will serve as the basis for your hotel invoice. In case of early departure, the hotel is entitled to charge all nights booked. The balance between the deposit and your total hotel invoice must be settled directly with the hotel.

For hotel cancellations received by March 26, 2013, a handling fee of EUR 40.00 will be charged. For cancellations received after this date, deposit payments shall be forfeited. Only written cancellations will be accepted .
