Registration is required for all ERES Conference participants and accompanying persons. If no author of a specific entry has been registered (and paid), the accepted submission will not be incluced in the program.

* To be eligible for the PhD student fee a letter confirming full time studies signed by the university must be submitted to the conference secretariat.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing to the Conference Organizing Committee
(eres2014@ase.ro).

Refunds will be approved after the conference as follows:

• Cancellations received before 1st May 2014: payment will be
  refunded less €75 administration costs
• Cancellations received after 1st May 2014: no refund.
