Registration

Registration is required for all ERES Conference participants and accompanying persons. If no author of a specific entry has been registered (and paid), the accepted submission will not be incluced in the program.

The conference fee for participants includes:
* Admission to all sessions
* Conference materials (programme, list of delegates, book of abstracts)
* 1-year subscription to "The Journal of European Real Estate Research"
* Refreshments during session breaks
* Lunches each day from Thursday 25th June to 27th June 2015
* Welcome Reception on 24th of June
* Evening reception on 25th June
* Conference Gala dinner on 26th June
* Administration costs

The fee for accompanying persons includes:

Evening reception on 25th June
Conference dinner on 26th June
Administration costs

* To be eligible for the PhD student fee a letter confirming full time studies signed by the university must be submitted to the conference secretariat.

Cancellation and Refund Policies
Cancellations must be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat Humanitas MICE
(eres2015@humanitastour.com.tr)
Refunds will be approved after the conference as follows:
Cancellations received before 1st May 2015 : payment will be refunded less €75 administration costs
Cancellations received after 1st May 2015 : no refund.
